2. Data we process

Data you provide in the contact form: first and last name, organization, email address, type of request and message and, if you decide to indicate them, telephone, planned date, city or format, type of audience and approximate number of attendees.

To protect the form against automated submissions, we save, alongside each request, an irreversibly encrypted identifier derived from the IP address, which does not allow knowing the original address.

This website does not use analytics or advertising tools.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Attend to your request for information about conferences, training, consulting, press, or collaboration, evaluate it and respond to you. Legal basis: your consent, which you provide by checking the acceptance box before sending the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.

The data from the form is not used to send commercial communications or newsletters.

4. Retention

We keep the form data while we manage your request and, afterwards, for the period necessary to meet possible legal responsibilities derived from it. Once that period has elapsed, they are deleted.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or transfer your data. Requests are stored in the website's hosting and database infrastructure and are only accessed by the technological providers acting as data processors (hosting, database, and email delivery), with appropriate guarantees.

If any provider involves international transfers, they are carried out with the guarantees provided for in the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to fk@frederickauffmann.com or hello@weareco2nscious.com.

If you consider that we have not correctly attended to your request, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security and minors

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

This site and its services are aimed at professionals and organizations; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
